Free shipping is included in all TGM Store orders. All orders will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary. Please note a tracking number will NOT be available. The Ghoul Mates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Upgraded shipping is available for $5 at checkout. These orders will still be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days and WILL include a tracking number. The Ghoul Mates are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there are any delays or problems, please contact your local USPS and have your tracking number readily available. Unfortunately, upgraded shipping is NOT available outside of the U.S. at the time.
Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you receive the wrong item(s) or are missing an item, please send us an email at email@example.com with “ORDER ISSUE” in the subject. In the email, please include your transaction number, the issue with the order, and photos of the items received.
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction number and “CANCELLATION” in the subject. If we do not respond within 24 hours, we will honor the time the email is sent.

Please note that we do NOT produce or ship the items sold from our Teespring Shop. The items are not printed until they are purchased. Please pay close attention to their shipping and delivery notes on each item.

Please note that while we do not produce or ship items sold through our Teespring Shop, we care very much about our customers and our brand. If you have any issues with your order, please send us an email at email@example.com with “Teespring Feedback” in the subject and let us know what the issue was and how it was handled by TeeSpring. This will ensure we are aware of any issues. Additionally, we try to order samples of products as our budget allows but are not able to sample all products. If you receive a product that does not look as described, PLEASE contact us and let us know so that we can remove it from the shop until it can be sampled and improved upon.
